About this product

• Traditional Solid Oak Frame Noticeboard with a lockable, glazed door
• Can be wall mounted or post mounted
• Concealed vents top and bottom, designed to maximise airflow and minimise condensation

This 2-bay, 6 x A4, external, lockable Oak Notice Board is landscape format and manufactured with a Pin Board backing, a lock and is glazed with toughened glass.

Overall dimensions 1550mm wide x 767mm high (without header). Display dimensions 630mm wide x 594mm high. Display capacity 6 x A4 sheets in portrait orientation per bay.

This board is ideal for parish council noticeboard, churches or sports clubs, with plenty of space to post notices and event posters.

Header Boards - a standard Header Boards with scalloped edges, used for personalising the Noticeboard with your Company / Church / Organisation Name

• Lettering options - choose from Computer Cut Vinyl letting, Plain Engraved lettering or Engraved Lettering with a colour Infil
• Lettering is available in a choice of Black, White and Gold
• Font - we offer a choice of Times Roman and Arial
• Posts - this Noticeboard can be wall mounted or can free stand on posts for an additional cost. Posts are manufactured from sturdy Recycled Plastic and are 2500mm long x 88mm x 88mm

Delivering your order

At Noticeboard Warehouse we want the delivery of your order to run as smoothly as possible, please read the following guide carefully and if you have any questions or have a requirement that is not covered below then please contact us on 0161 609 0263.

Delivery Costs

1. UK Mainland Delivery Service

Standard UK Mainland Delivery costs are applied to all orders at basket and are charged per order and not per item.

£25.00 + VAT applies to orders under £200.00 + VAT

Free UK Mainland Delivery is available on all orders over £200.01 + VAT

Costs for UK Non-Mainland Deliveries are price on application.  Please contact us for a competitive quotation.

Production Timescales

Noticeboard Warehouse products are manufactured to order within the advertised lead-time.  This lead time is detailed above the add to basket box on the product page. During busy periods these can be subject to change. On the rare occasion that we are unable to meet the advertised delivery schedule you will be contacted by our Customer Support Team who will confirm your new delivery date.

Once the goods have been manufactured all deliveries are despatched on a nationwide delivery service.

Delivery Times

Standard Delivery is made Monday-Friday between 8.30am and 6 pm and is made by a reputable nationwide courier.  All deliveries are to the ground floor only.

Our couriers deliver large and sometimes bulky items often in multiples on our behalf so each delivery can sometimes take longer and vary from client to client.  Therefore we are unable to offer timed delivery slots or contact you in advance of delivery.

If you require your goods to be delivered on a specific day, please notify us of your requirements and we will endeavour to schedule your delivery accordingly.  

Deliveries are made by one person who will deliver your order to the address specified and to the ground floor only. Please note that for insurance reasons, deliveries cannot be made to upper floors even if there is a lift.

Due to the size and nature of the products that we supply please advise if the driver can park outside your premises and if there are any unusual delivery details that the driver should be made aware of.

Next Working Day Products.  If you select a product from our Next Working Day Delivery range this must be ordered before 11am Monday-Friday to be despatched the same Working Day. 

Getting Your Order To You

We would like you to be aware that once goods are despatched, they become the responsibility of the courier.

Their aim is to ensure you receive your order within the specified date. Please be aware that whilst most of our orders arrive on time things can sometimes go wrong and unfortunately due to circumstances beyond our/their control it is impossible to offer a 100% guarantee.

Should you have any concerns about delivery you can contact us on 0161 609 0263 between 9am and 5pm Monday to Thursday and 9am and 2pm on Friday and we will do our utmost to assist you as best we can.

Furniture Deliveries: Please be aware that Furniture deliveries can take up to 3 working days from despatch. We regret that due to the size of both the products available and the vehicles used to deliver these items we cannot deliver to residential addresses, we are happy to discuss your requirements in more detail please contact us on 0161 609 0263.

Receiving your Order

In the unfortunate event of you receiving your order damaged or if you suspect damage, please check the item thoroughly and report the damage to us immediately on 0161 609 0263 and email pictures of the damage to sales@noticeboardwarehouse.com

Unfortunately we are unable to act on any reports of goods being received damaged if they are not reported within 24 hours.

Returns Policy

All Noticeboard Warehouse orders are manufactured to your desired colour and size specifications therefore on this basis goods are non-returnable.

We want you to love your purchase from Noticeboard Warehouse as much as we enjoy making it therefore we politely ask that you check all measurements and colour choices carefully before checkout as we cannot rectify errors once production of your order has commenced.

We offer an exceptional range of sizes, colours and fabrics on a scale that may not be available from other companies therefore it is important that you are aware and understand that your order is made for you and that we do not carry any stock items.

For this reason and in accordance with Distance Selling Business to Business Regulations you will appreciate that we do not operate a returns policy.

In the event of goods being received damaged we will exchange them, please notify us immediately on receipt of the goods and we will arrange for the damaged items to be collected and for replacement items to be delivered as soon as possible.

We accept the following payment methods

Credit Card: We accept payment by all major credit and debit cards including VISA, MasterCard and American Express.
For your peace of mind, we do not store credit card information. All transactions are made via Opayo (formerly Sage Pay), our preferred secure online payment solution.

PayPal: We accept PayPal and also offer the option of PayPal Pay in 3

Cheque and Bacs Bank Transfer Payments:  Payment can be made by Bank Transfer. Our Bank details are supplied on your order confirmation when selecting this payment method.  Please be aware that unless you are a government funded organisation, production will not commence until we have received payment.

Pay By Invoice: We offer 30 Day Credit Accounts to government funded organisations such as Local Authorities, Schools, Colleges, Universities, MOD, Fire & Police Services & the NHS Orders placed by these organisations quoting an official order number will receive an invoice for payment due within 30 days.

Orders will be placed into production on receipt of orders quoting an official purchase order number.

All costs are subject to carriage charges and VAT.
Please note - we only accept payments made in Pounds Sterling.
