"The service and help I received was excellent.  I required some specific alterations to my order and there was no issues.  Cathy was brilliant and looked into what I required and was very prompt in dealing with my request.  Andrea was also excellent and helpful and patient with taking the payment-thank you. The delivery was prompt." ... University of Leicester
